Allow me to introduce myself

I’m Emma, a travel agent and cruise specialist

currently based in San Antonio, TX.

I have a thirst for adventure and love to plan exceptional cruises for my clients

I want to help you plan yours!

Why?

Because you want to travel — and travel well.  You work hard for your money and you don’t just want any ole’ trip, you want an unforgettable, life-changing, make-your-friends-jealous kind of experience.

Because while you like to dabble in the research phase, you don’t like (or, let’s face it, even want) to take care of all the nitty-gritty details yourself.  You ain’t got time for that!

Because your vacation time is precious and if something goes wrong — and if you travel often enough, you know at some point it inevitably will — you want someone you can trust to pick up the pieces and put them back together.

Because, like me, you enjoy giving back.  When you work with me, a small — but meaningful — percentage of your vacation cost is donated to one of several social impact organizations I support.   (Don’t worry, this is not baked into the cost, this comes from my pocket, not yours)

Read on if you’d like to know a little bit more about me ...

  1. I graduated from college with a BA in French and Spanish and speak a total of 5 languages.

  2. Buuut, I can count to ten in ten languages.

  3. I hold citizenship in three different countries.  USA, Canada and the UK.

  4. As a child, I spent summer vacations in England and traveling around Europe.

  5. I spent a summer during college working at Harrods in London.

  6. When I was very young I wanted to be an archaeologist digging up mummies in Egypt.  To this day I still haven’t made it to Egypt and it still ranks number one on my bucket list.  I’m thinking 2024, but we’ll see.

  7. I began my travel career fresh out of college and spent 2 years working on cruise ships pretending to be “Gopher” from the Love Boat.

  8. While I was sailing the Seven Seas, I found shipboard romance and married a fellow crew member from Turkey.

  9. “I would rather have a passport full of stamps than a house full of things” is my life’s motto.

  10. After seeing a video of a turtle with a straw stuck up it’s nose, I vowed never to use plastic straws again, and carry around metal straws in my purse and car for those impromptu stops through the Starbucks drive-thru.

Global Stewardship and Responsible Travel

I care deeply about our environment and the impact travel has on our world’s oceans and wildlife. Cruise ships today are greener and more environmentally friendly than ever before. They are always researching new technologies to reduce their carbon footprint. Lindblad Expeditions has even gone so far as to become a carbon-neutral company – offsetting 100% of not only their fleet but their entire organization.

But there is still more to be done!

In my ongoing effort to contribute to the reversal of climate change and melting sea ice, a portion of your cruise cost is donated (at no extra cost to you) to help support international initiatives for global stewardship. I give 1% of the cost of every cruise booked to organizations on the front lines of environmental impact, climate change, and over-tourism. Select one of the following organizations to support:
